Privacy
We collect business contact details and, for candidates, professional information from you, your CV or professional networks, only to provide our recruitment services, manage clients and deliver E3 NEXT. Your profile is shared with a client only with your agreement. We never sell your data.
Candidate data is kept 2 years after our last contact, invoices 10 years. Some service providers are outside the EU and covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
You may access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to
pierre.lemarchand@e3 search.com. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Payments for E3 NEXT are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment data

Terms of sale · E3 NEXT
Seller. E3 NEXT is sold by E3 Education, a brand of E3, sole proprietorship of Pierre Lemarchand (see section 01).
Product. E3 NEXT is a digital programme: the Playbook (PDF), the Workbook and the Toolkit (eleven Word and Excel files). It is delivered by download on a dedicated page, immediately after payment.
Price and payment. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by card through Stripe, and an invoice is sent by email. The pilot price applies to the pilot edition only.
Right of withdrawal. E3 NEXT is digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14 day right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Licence. Your purchase grants a personal, non transferable licence for your own use. The files may not be shared, resold, published or used to coach or train others. A company buying for its leaders needs one licence per person.
What E3 NEXT is not. E3 NEXT is a method, not a placement service. It does not guarantee a job offer, and it gives no access to the recruitment assignments of E3 Executive Search.
Conformity. If a file is missing or does not open, please write to pierre.lemarchand@e3-search.com and we will send a working version. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.
Disputes. French law applies, without prejudice to the protection granted by the law of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, please contact us first.
