E3 is a cross-border industrial firm founded in October 2025 by Pierre Lemarchand, based in Rouen, Normandy, France. E3 operates through three divisions: E3 Executive Search, a boutique headhunting practice specializing in mid-to-top management recruitment for industrial and manufacturing companies across Asia-Pacific and Europe; E3 Equipment, developing proprietary tools for market intelligence and leadership assessment; and E3 Education, delivering career readiness programs for business and engineering schools. E3 Executive Search covers four sectors: capital equipment, energy and construction, chemicals and materials, and manufacturing. The firm works with multinationals, ETIs, and family-owned industrial groups expanding between Europe and Asia.

Former Asia-Pacific industrial recruiter based in Hong Kong for a renowned executive search firm. He has advised companies ranging from local SMEs to listed multinationals, covering a wide spectrum of industries.
He also gained hands-on international experience in South Korea, at a medtech start-up focused on go-to-market strategy.
Pierre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management and a Master’s degree in International Business & Geopolitics. He is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
