METHODOLOGY

I. Contact and first exchange
You will first reach out to us via email to express your needs and objectives.

This initial exchange allows us to clarify whether you require CV Formatting, Interview Preparation, or both, and to provide you with tailored guidance from the very beginning.
​II. Confirmation of payment
Once your service has been defined, you will proceed with payment.
A confirmation or proof of payment will be requested before moving forward.
III. Initial questionnaire
Before our conversation, you will fill out a short form to share:

Get to know who you are.

Learn about your personal situation.

Understand what type of interview you want to prepare for (new job, internship, etc.).​

​This allows us to get a clear picture of your profile and prepare for the session. Then you will book a time slot for a video discussion with our Career Partner.
​IV. One - One meeting with our Career Partner
You will meet with our Career Partner for a one-hour video session, structured in five parts:​​​​

1. Strategic preparation: Everything you need to know before the interview—about yourself, the company, the position, the tools (video conferencing, logistics, attire, etc.).​
​
2. ​Presentation pitch: Crafting a clear and impactful speech to start the interview.​
​
3. Storytelling & career consistency: Developing the common thread of your profile in relation to the position you are applying for.​
​
4. Simulation & advice: Role-playing with direct feedback based on the recruiter's experience. ​
​
5. Open discussion: Q&A to explore certain points in greater depth or address any remaining doubts you may have.
V. Summary of your session & practical tips (PDF)
You will receive a summary of your session along with practical tips in PDF.
